Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince [27 Jul 2005|12:46am] Okay, so I got it later than expected. I'm already done with it (have been for like a week or so) and this post is definitely delayed. Well, I didn't really enjoy the book at all. It was stupid. ( rest is LJ-cut WITH *SPOILERS* in case any of you have NOT read it ) By the way, Chapter 3 of Espionage is updated. I just realized because I'm on vacation, I will be getting the Harry Potter book 14 hours earlier than I would've if I was back home in California. =) But DAMN I forgot what happened in the previous books... ehh, oh well. Well, hello there [13 Jun 2005|04:35pm] [ mood | nostalgic ] So the biology final wasn't that bad, which is good. But I could've done better, but I've decided not to dwell on it and instead focus on tomorrow's French final. Right now, nothing exciting is really happening in my life. On Wednesday, there's my math final which I'm kind of worried about, and then after school, me and my group of girls are going to the movies and taking studio pictures. It should be fun :) And I'm pretty excited about that because we barely spend time... like all of us together. It should be a nice bonding little thing <3 Plus a great way to end finals. Thursday is going to be the last day of school. Looking back on this year, I have so much to say about it all but it's hard to pick a place and begin. Of course, I'm going to miss everybody and the majority of my friends have signed my yearbook, but it's just that I will never be a ninth grader again. Three more years of high school, four more years of college, and then it's the real world. I'm not too scared, because I'm rather looking forward to being out on my own and being independent, but it's just a scary thought on how quickly we all are growing up. Time really is of the essence. I used to hate time. Time would pass so damn slow and I would always think of new things to help it pass by. I would watch tv, read the newspaper, read books, go online... it would pass by so damn slow, but now, no matter what I do, it passes by so quick! Day after week after month after year... it's all a little frightening. Gary said I looked like a tree today. :) I was wearing a brown shirt, green skirt, brown belt, and brown shoes. Haha, I'm a tree. An upside down one. Ah, well, back to watching TV :) post comment

OMG [31 May 2005|10:27pm] [ mood | shocked ] I watched the season finale of Alias this afternoon. My friend taped it so I borrowed it. All I gotta say is OMGOMGOMGOMGGGGGG! I simply cannot wait until the fifth season. And Michael Vartan is so hot :x I wish he'd propose to me. post comment

iTunes [30 May 2005|09:30pm] [ mood | happy ] I just spent like an HOUR organizing my iTunes music library. Out of 5000 possible songs, I only have around 400. Haha :) But I like having the choice of filling up my library with 4600 more possible songs. Despite the fact that school starts tomorrow, I'm relatively happy. I finished my homework (which was very little in the first place, just a few pages for math) and tomorrow a friend is lending me the season finale of Alias taped. I'm watching it even though some retard ruined it for me and I bet I'm still going to cry like I do with everything. I just organized my closet so my clothes are all neatly hung up. Even though I have amassed a decent amount of clothing, I still feel it's minimal. I guess no matter how much you have, you always want more. It's just human, I guess. I am in love with Sugarcult's Memory (regular and acoustic) and the Shins's New Slang. ( This may never start, we could fall apart... and I'd be your memory. ) 4 comments|post comment

Retail Therapy [15 May 2005|06:03pm] Today I went to the mall... gosh, it took forever. Seriously. My friend took forever eating lunch and whatnot. And I didn't stay too long either, but I'm not that sad because I didn't really feel like walking. It was insanely hot. I got my mother her belated Mother's Day gift... haha, I think she's going to return it. Whatever. Now I don't have any guilt about not getting my mother anything on the day where you're supposed to "worship" your mother. I have no homework today and nothing really to do...
